We aren't just excited to tell homeowners about the quality of our homes, we like to show them. While many builders use third party inspectors throughout the process and offer a warranty at the end, you end up paying for that. To us, that just doesn't make sense. We cover all of the costs associated with third party inspections, as well as the 2-10 warranty. It is our way of showing you how confident we are in the homes we build.

WHAT IS A TRUE CUSTOM HOME
The word custom has become widely used by contractors and builders who offer their clients' options. While options on floorplans and finishes are great, they still don't allow you to get exactly what you want. But isn't that the point of building a custom home?
While we can repurpose a floorplan, we find it more beneficial to start with a clean sheet design. All of our design work is done in-house, which allows us to give you a home tailored to exactly what you want and need. This also affords us the opportunity to value engineer it throughout the design process and make sure you don't end up with a home that is difficult to build and over your budget.
To ensure your new home is set up just the way you want it, we conduct several homeowner walks throughout the build process; more than you would typically get with another builder. You can see the full list under our "process" page.
When it comes time to select what products and finishes will go into your new home, you will not find yourself trying to decide between a level two or three cabinet, flooring, fixture, etc. We know that not everybody has the same taste or vision for their home, so we don't limit them. We work off of allowances and give our homeowners the opportunity to work with an actual interior designer to help make selections and bring everything together.
